Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
- Send your return request to niveditakurtiss@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests after 24 hours will not be eligible.
- If your parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed — do not accept it and do not open it. Contact us immediately at niveditakurtiss@gmail.com
- If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with your return request.
- ⚠️ Please Note: Our products follow standard brand sizes — there is no variation (smaller or larger) from the stated size. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- We will examine your request and send a return/exchange authorisation within 10 working days.
- Once authorised, the product must be couriered back in original packaging to our Surat address within 5 days.
- The product must be in its original unused condition with original bill and tags intact.
- All returns are processed within 7 working days of receiving the product.
- Refunds are issued as store credits only. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
🇮🇳 Indian Customers
- You must self-courier the product to our Surat address at your own cost.
- Use any reliable courier service — we recommend Speed Post, Blue Dart, or DTDC.
- Nivedita will not bear any return or forward shipping charges under any circumstances.
🌍 International Customers
- You must self-courier the product to our Surat address at your own cost.
- You are responsible for all customs duties and import charges — both for the returned shipment and the exchange item we send back.
- Incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges — these must be paid by the customer.
- Nivedita will not bear any shipping, courier, or customs charges for international exchanges under any circumstances.
